Project sharing lets you give anyone read-only access to a Rapid Assets project with a single invite link. There are no file exports, no third-party drives, and no account required on the recipient's side.
The whole flow takes under a minute:
Open Share settings
Click the Share button inside any project to open the invite panel. You'll see all active links and who currently has access.
Enter email & send invite
Type your collaborator's email address and tap Send Invite. They receive a link in their inbox immediately — no signup required to view.
They open & explore
Your collaborator accepts the link and sees your full project — every generation, every variation. They can browse, zoom, and download freely.

One click in the email opens the project directly — no account, no password.
No account needed. The invite link is the access credential. Your collaborator can open the project in any browser without signing up for Rapid Assets.
03What shared access includes
Collaborators can view, download, and generate new content within your project. They cannot delete existing images, change project settings, or manage who has access — that stays with you.

05Every generation, always accessible
Shared projects update in real time. When you generate new images, your collaborator sees them the next time they open the link — no need to re-share or re-export.
You can revoke access at any point from the share dialog. The link becomes invalid instantly — there's no grace period or delay.
One link per person. Each invite goes to a specific email address. This means you can selectively revoke access for one collaborator without affecting others.

Anyone with an email address. They don't need a Rapid Assets account — the invite link grants view access directly from their inbox.

There's no hard cap. You can share with your whole team or studio — each person receives their own individual invite link.
