Project sharing lets you give anyone read-only access to a Rapid Assets project with a single invite link. There are no file exports, no third-party drives, and no account required on the recipient's side.

Inside any project. Enter email, tap Send. Active links are listed here too.

One click in the email opens the project directly — no account, no password.

03What shared access includes

Collaborators can view, download, and generate new content within your project. They cannot delete existing images, change project settings, or manage who has access — that stays with you.

04Who uses it

Project sharing fits any team that produces visual assets and needs to loop in stakeholders or clients without handing over full access.

05Every generation, always accessible

Shared projects update in real time. When you generate new images, your collaborator sees them the next time they open the link — no need to re-share or re-export.

You can revoke access at any point from the share dialog. The link becomes invalid instantly — there's no grace period or delay.
